Men also experience a decrease in hormone production as they age. This process, called andropause or “male menopause,” is caused by declining levels of testosterone, thyroid hormones, human growth hormone (HGH) and DHEA. Many of the symptoms mirror those experienced by women, including:
- Decreased libido

- Tiredness
- Restless legs
- Memory loss
- Joint pain
- Lack of self esteem
- Loss of pubic hair
- Muscle loss
- Weight gain
- Anxiety
- Mood swings
- Irritability
